9:00 am Keynote:  Elevate Your Level of Consciousness: Collectively Impact Nursing Practice - Dr. Darlene Hess, author of the first edition of The Art and Science of Nurse Coaching.

10:40 am    The Superpower of Resilience- Carla Hay-Purdue

11:30 am - 1:00 pm     Box Lunch: Eat, shop, and enjoy each other's company.

1:00 pm - 1:15 pm  Demonstration of laser coaching with  Darlene Hess 

1:20 pm - 2:20 pm  Break out room round tables:

Laser Coaching: Experience one-on-one coaching sessions with board-certified nurse coaches. 

  • Groups of 3 will have 15 minutes of coaching each, 45 minutes total, with 15 minutes for Q&A. 
  • Get coached and observe coaching; what did you see, what did you take away?
