Resilience in health care is the ability to protect ourselves, as healthcare workers, from challenging situations, and bounce back after difficulties, so that we can recover to our normal state more quickly. Healthcare resilience is important because we are very often at risk of burnout, compounded in recent years by the COVID-19 Pandemic and changing political dynamics.
