Carla's wellness journey began with her DNP from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in 2015, where she also completed the nurse coaching certification. Since 2018, she has been teaching the Three Principles of Resilience. Her main role, is as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and Health and Wellness Educator/Nurse Coach for Palo Pinto General Hospital.
