Additional Information

The intention of this healing circle is to cultivate both mindfulness, which helps us to recognize and embrace our challenges, and self-compassion, which helps us to embrace ourselves in the midst of our difficulties with care and concern.
Healing circles allow for our self-healing to begin.
Healing circles are not a place where we “fix people” because that assumes we are broken and we’re not.
We don’t offer advice or solutions or tell you how you should or should not act or feel.
We hold space to be with each other without judgment.
We donate our ears and heart without wanting anything back.
We practice empathy and compassion. We accept someone's truth, no matter what they are.
We allow and accept.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Our lives are complicated enough and now we're affected by an unprecedented global health crisis.
Many are feeling isolated, anxious, angry, sad. Our lives have been turned inside out and upside down.
We're uncertain about the future.
We may be dealing with our own chronic health conditions and/or have responsibilities for family and loved ones.
IS THIS YOU?
Healing Circles help us step out of ordinary time into a safe and accepting environment in which each of us can explore our own healing.
Healing Circles are places where we speak with intention and listen with attention.
We speak the truth from our heart to begin our self-healing process.
The Healing Circles may include guided meditation, breath-work and movement exercises.
All of this is offered without charge as our way to give back to our communities during this health crisis.
